Significant cost savings can be achieved through collaborative procurement across south London providers, as we aim to:

• Standardise what is purchased and
• Work together to identify opportunities through aligned purchasing power
• Address tactical intervention (eg price alignment), as well as strategic intervention (eg cost, product, supplier rationalisation)

• Cardiac rhythm management

with three crosscutting workstreams:

• Procurement tender
• Practice variation
• Pharmacy

All south London sites are invited to join these projects, with further extension and interest by neighbouring regions.
