The South London Office of Specialised Services represents a collaborative approach across the two South London integrated care systems (ICSs) and the four specialist provider NHS trusts. Working together, they will remove barriers and transform care across settings.
South London programme
Learn about the South London collaboration between commissioners and tertiary providers and the issues it seeks to address.
Our work focusses on five key areas:
- Engagement – proactive work across South London, London, and South East region
- Delegation – Support for ICBs to take on delegated responsibilities for specialised services with their wider partners
- Intelligence and insight – Harnessing data and developing insight into specialised services
- Transformation – Testing the case for change and demonstrating integration for the system
- Network development – Supporting networks and their leaders to maximise effectiveness
